What is the policy if the product arrives damaged at my place?
Take pictures of the damaged part(s) and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a full refund, or we will send you a new product in case your product is damaged.
What if I want to send my product back, but it is not damaged?
That is possible, and you can find the return shipping address at the bottom of this page. In this case, you pay for the shipping costs.
What is the next step in the return process?
You can send us an email to email@example.com requesting your refund. After you have posted the package to the returns address and forwarded the tracking number, we will refund your purchase.
How many days do I have to return something?
You have 30 days to return your product.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelling orders is only possible if your order has not been processed. If your order has been processed, we cannot provide a refund until the item is sent back to our office.
